The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

Very pleasant experience for such a dirty job. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very prompt service. The gentleman who arrived at my home was kind and professional. He was on time and called me to let me know he was heading my way. Highly recommend Bright Eyes for septic needs.

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. I found them by accident. Mr. Tony and the owner's son was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff didn't try and pressure me to buying anything that I didn't need. Price was reasonable. Don't go anywhere else but here. I recommended several relatives to call them.

Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

Had em drain out system and found that pipes from house collapsed at the septic system. Great people and workers. From the hands to the office people. Will use them every time and will send them to everyone. Thank yall agian

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. When you call the office - YOU GET AN ACTUAL PERSON AND HAVE TO PUSH 1. Their service and response time is spot on and technicians are thorough and professional as well. We highly recommend them for your septic needs. Brent and Shelly
