The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
