Septic tanks needed to be pumped out. They came out the same day I called on a Saturday. I was so appreciative as we were having a serious issue.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

I called to have our septic tank cleaned out and they were there within a couple of hours. The office staff was very helpful. The 2 techs that came to do the job were absolutely terrific. I would definitely recommend this company!

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit.
