They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.

Used this company 14 years ago after Hurricane Ike to repair a destroyed septic system. I used them again in May 2024. They are as responsive and skilled as they were then - I highly recommend them.

Selling my house - inspector said bad level switch and tanks needed cleaning. Tanks were cleaned and tech proved that float switches all worked properly. These folks are honest and professional! Definitely recommend!!

The gentlemen that came out were friendly, explained EVERYTHING that was wrong, what needed to be done. They were on time and well prepared. We will be having them back out for any more problems!

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.
