I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. These guys are awesome left them a message Friday afternoon. Called me back Monday Labor day morning and they came out and pumped put our septic. Dusty and his student did an amazing job and very fast and efficient very professional Men. Highly recommend. Way cheaper than other companies I contacted will use again, when needed
