I've been using this company for about 10 years. The owner and staff are incredible. They are always going above and beyond. Their knowledge of septic systems is paramount compared to other companies. Brighteyes treats customers like family. Not just another account .I've been dealing with a heath issue at home for some time now,and they always ask how my family is doing.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

Brighteyes maintains my septic system, they leave a note on my door each time it’s checked as well as a report by email. They answer the phones when you call and get back to you promptly. The office staff is professional and courteous and easy to work with.

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. They pumped out my septic tanks. The lady in the office is a sweetheart! Explains everything so you know what to expect. The men that actually did the work on the septic was great too, very knowledgeable but could have been a little more friendly.
