The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. Excellent work, I appreciate good craftsmanship.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. They made the effort to come out the same day and were very helpful and thorough. The technician explained everything that needed to be fixed and did not try to up-sale me on anything or take advantage of me. I really appreciate their business and I will definitely not hesitate to call them next time I have issues.

Had brighteyes septic come out to clean our septic tanks and repair a broken pipe, they came out 30 min after we called and were able to repair everything the next morning. Highly recommend!
