I called Brighteyes, and was given a approximate time, for septic clean out, they showed up promptly, charged what they said, I had no complaints. Then need some other repairs, professional work, in a timely manner.

Selling my house - inspector said bad level switch and tanks needed cleaning. Tanks were cleaned and tech proved that float switches all worked properly. These folks are honest and professional! Definitely recommend!!

I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

They made the effort to come out the same day and were very helpful and thorough. The technician explained everything that needed to be fixed and did not try to up-sale me on anything or take advantage of me. I called late in the day, everyone was getting ready to leave for a holiday weekend. When I explained how full my septic was and spilling out into the yard they came right out. I had everything pumped out and working properly very quickly.
