I stopped by BrightEyes Septic for the first time to ask a question about a problem I was having with the level control on my tank, and to schedule a pump out. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and their willingness to spend time helping me. I asked them to come pump out my tank and they came the same day. I found them by accident. Mr. Tony and the owner's son was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff didn't try and pressure me to buying anything that I didn't need. Price was reasonable. Don't go anywhere else but here. I recommended several relatives to call them.

The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. Excellent work, I appreciate good craftsmanship.

Very professional install. Left the install site very neat, clean and looking beautiful. The people I've dealt with there are always helpful, respectful and gracious. Would highly recommend.

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating.
