I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

I found them by accident. Mr. Tony and the owner's son was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff didn't try and pressure me to buying anything that I didn't need. Price was reasonable. Don't go anywhere else but here. I recommended several relatives to call them.
