My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. Selling my house - inspector said bad level switch and tanks needed cleaning. Tanks were cleaned and tech proved that float switches all worked properly. These folks are honest and professional! Definitely recommend!!

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit.
