I've been using this company for about 10 years. The owner and staff are incredible. They are always going above and beyond. Tony and Sean are great emissaries for the company. Very friendly and great workers. Went right to work today, answered all my questions and were fun to talk with. They did a really good job and got my issue resolved. No hesitation in calling Brighteyes again when I need the service in the future.

I called Brighteyes, and was given a approximate time, for septic clean out, they showed up promptly, charged what they said, I had no complaints. Then need some other repairs, professional work, in a timely manner.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I would definitely call them again for any service they offer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other companies. Had em drain out system and found that pipes from house collapsed at the septic system. Great people and workers. From the hands to the office people. Will use them every time and will send them to everyone. Thank yall agian

Great group of workers came out and did some work and fixed a pump for me where super nice even with the kiddos as the where running around out side! Very respectful!

I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y.
