I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
