I stopped by BrightEyes Septic for the first time to ask a question about a problem I was having with the level control on my tank, and to schedule a pump out. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and their willingness to spend time helping me. I asked them to come pump out my tank and they came the same day. Used this company 14 years ago after Hurricane Ike to repair a destroyed septic system. I used them again in May 2024. They are as responsive and skilled as they were then - I highly recommend them.

Great group of workers came out and did some work and fixed a pump for me where super nice even with the kiddos as the where running around out side! Very respectful!

Brighteyes Septic is the best! They pumped out our septic last week within the same day of calling. The gentlemen that performed the work were friendly and worked extremely hard. The office personnel were just as friendly and explained to us the charges in advance. We will definitely use them again!

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.
