Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.

Brighteyes Septic is the best! They pumped out our septic last week within the same day of calling. The gentlemen that performed the work were friendly and worked extremely hard. The office personnel were just as friendly and explained to us the charges in advance. We will definitely use them again!
