We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Quick, friendly, competent service. Septic tank pump-out (conventional system) took a turn when it was found that the tank was full of roots, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Great service. Will recommend them and use them again.
