Bright Eyes replaced the concrete lid on a septic tank. I am very satisfied with their service and the ladies in the office are very courteous.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I would definitely call them again for any service they offer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other companies. They cleaned out the septic tanks for us very fast and they were on time. Overall they did a great job and were very nice people.

Dusty came out to pump out my system and explained everything the dos and don’ts great customer service and work! Company itself had there crew out same day! Definitely recommend this place!
