My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. I called Brighteyes, and was given a approximate time, for septic clean out, they showed up promptly, charged what they said, I had no complaints. Then need some other repairs, professional work, in a timely manner.
