The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.
