Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Adrian and his co-worker came out and rebuilt my AT05 air pump. They did an excellent job and while there inspected the entire system. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.

I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job.
