Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

I stopped by BrightEyes Septic for the first time to ask a question about a problem I was having with the level control on my tank, and to schedule a pump out. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and their willingness to spend time helping me. I asked them to come pump out my tank and they came the same day. The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. Excellent work, I appreciate good craftsmanship.

These guys are awesome left them a message Friday afternoon. Called me back Monday Labor day morning and they came out and pumped put our septic. Dusty and his student did an amazing job and very fast and efficient very professional Men. Highly recommend. Way cheaper than other companies I contacted will use again, when needed
