My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

They pumped out my septic tanks. The lady in the office is a sweetheart! Explains everything so you know what to expect. The men that actually did the work on the septic was great too, very knowledgeable but could have been a little more friendly.
