Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. Brighteyes maintains my septic system, they leave a note on my door each time it’s checked as well as a report by email. They answer the phones when you call and get back to you promptly. The office staff is professional and courteous and easy to work with.
