Brighteyes Septic did a great job pumping out & cleaning my aerobic septic system. I called for service on a Monday & they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. The technicians kept me informed on what they were doing also. I was very pleased with the service.

Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. I would recommend home owners with septic systems to consider BrightEyes Septic for any maintenance issues. I have used them twice in the last ten years and I get the same professionalism every time.

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. I called to have our septic tank cleaned out and they were there within a couple of hours. The office staff was very helpful. The 2 techs that came to do the job were absolutely terrific. I would definitely recommend this company!
