I stopped by BrightEyes Septic for the first time to ask a question about a problem I was having with the level control on my tank, and to schedule a pump out. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and their willingness to spend time helping me. I asked them to come pump out my tank and they came the same day. Did an outstanding job! I highly recommend BrightEyes Septic and Wholesale Septic Supply. Great people taking their service to the community seriously!

I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.

I've been using this company for about 10 years. The owner and staff are incredible. They are always going above and beyond. Their knowledge of septic systems is paramount compared to other companies. Brighteyes treats customers like family. Not just another account .I've been dealing with a heath issue at home for some time now,and they always ask how my family is doing.

Brighteyes Septic did a great job pumping out & cleaning my aerobic septic system. I called for service on a Monday & they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. The technicians kept me informed on what they were doing also. I was very pleased with the service.

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating.
