Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I would definitely call them again for any service they offer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other companies. The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. Excellent work, I appreciate good craftsmanship.

Septic tanks needed to be pumped out. They came out the same day I called on a Saturday. I was so appreciative as we were having a serious issue.
