I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. I called late in the day, everyone was getting ready to leave for a holiday weekend. When I explained how full my septic was and spilling out into the yard they came right out. I had everything pumped out and working properly very quickly.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.
