I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I would definitely call them again for any service they offer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other companies. By far the best customer service I have ever had! When I called Brighteyes they had a tech at my house in an hour. The tech was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful, which is not something you get very often these days. I highly recommend Brighteyes Septic Servic.

Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
