I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price.
