I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I would definitely call them again for any service they offer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other companies. I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. These guys are awesome left them a message Friday afternoon. Called me back Monday Labor day morning and they came out and pumped put our septic. Dusty and his student did an amazing job and very fast and efficient very professional Men. Highly recommend. Way cheaper than other companies I contacted will use again, when needed

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y.
