They pumped out my septic tanks. The lady in the office is a sweetheart! Explains everything so you know what to expect. The men that actually did the work on the septic was great too, very knowledgeable but could have been a little more friendly.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

Tony and Sean are great emissaries for the company. Very friendly and great workers. Went right to work today, answered all my questions and were fun to talk with. They did a really good job and got my issue resolved. No hesitation in calling Brighteyes again when I need the service in the future.
