I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!
