They pumped out my septic tanks. The lady in the office is a sweetheart! Explains everything so you know what to expect. The men that actually did the work on the septic was great too, very knowledgeable but could have been a little more friendly.

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job.
