My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Quick, friendly, competent service. Septic tank pump-out (conventional system) took a turn when it was found that the tank was full of roots, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Great service. Will recommend them and use them again.
