I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
