After the winter weather hit we needed our septic system cleaned out. They made every effort to help us and showed up the next day. Very fast, super friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

Had brighteyes septic come out to clean our septic tanks and repair a broken pipe, they came out 30 min after we called and were able to repair everything the next morning. Highly recommend!

They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

I stopped by BrightEyes Septic for the first time to ask a question about a problem I was having with the level control on my tank, and to schedule a pump out. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of the equipment and their willingness to spend time helping me. I asked them to come pump out my tank and they came the same day.
