I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.
