Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.

They pumped out my septic tanks. The lady in the office is a sweetheart! Explains everything so you know what to expect. The men that actually did the work on the septic was great too, very knowledgeable but could have been a little more friendly.

These guys are outstanding. They immediately spot problems and fix in the spot. Been a customer for over two decades and always impressed.

Had em drain out system and found that pipes from house collapsed at the septic system. Great people and workers. From the hands to the office people. Will use them every time and will send them to everyone. Thank yall agian

Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. He quoted me a fair price and promptly dispatched a professional technician. They were on site in less than 30 minutes! The final cost was exactly what was quoted and the service was top notch. I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!
