Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.

They cleaned out the septic tanks for us very fast and they were on time. Overall they did a great job and were very nice people.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

they came out to empty the septic system and 2 gentlemen showed up on time and were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! I can't imagine anyone else being more professional! highly recommend!

These guys are awesome left them a message Friday afternoon. Called me back Monday Labor day morning and they came out and pumped put our septic. Dusty and his student did an amazing job and very fast and efficient very professional Men. Highly recommend. Way cheaper than other companies I contacted will use again, when needed

Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

They made the effort to come out the same day and were very helpful and thorough. The technician explained everything that needed to be fixed and did not try to up-sale me on anything or take advantage of me. I really appreciate their business and I will definitely not hesitate to call them next time I have issues.
