My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. I found them by accident. Mr. Tony and the owner's son was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff didn't try and pressure me to buying anything that I didn't need. Price was reasonable. Don't go anywhere else but here. I recommended several relatives to call them.

Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
