Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Had em drain out system and found that pipes from house collapsed at the septic system. Great people and workers. From the hands to the office people. Will use them every time and will send them to everyone. Thank yall agian

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

We are very satisfied with the service and their staff. They stay in contact with us. We have never had to call them to have our system inspected. They do 4 inspections a year per county requirements. Very courteous and prompt.
