Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. Septic tanks needed to be pumped out. They came out the same day I called on a Saturday. I was so appreciative as we were having a serious issue.
