Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. Will update once job is complete but I'm confident that it will be 5 stars.

By far the best customer service I have ever had! When I called Brighteyes they had a tech at my house in an hour. The tech was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful, which is not something you get very often these days. I highly recommend Brighteyes Septic Servic.

Hello , the technicians arrived on time , and were very knowledgeable of their job. They started the job quickly.Removed all the debris and disposed of it properly , In the future I will defiantly call them again.

Used this company 14 years ago after Hurricane Ike to repair a destroyed septic system. I used them again in May 2024. They are as responsive and skilled as they were then - I highly recommend them.

The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

Brighteyes Septic did a great job pumping out & cleaning my aerobic septic system. I called for service on a Monday & they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. The technicians kept me informed on what they were doing also. I was very pleased with the service.
