I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. I would recommend home owners with septic systems to consider BrightEyes Septic for any maintenance issues. I have used them twice in the last ten years and I get the same professionalism every time.

We are very satisfied with the service and their staff. They stay in contact with us. We have never had to call them to have our system inspected. They do 4 inspections a year per county requirements. Very courteous and prompt.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. Now just waiting on the weather to schedule a day to bring the equipment in to repair the system. Top notch services so far. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Selling my house - inspector said bad level switch and tanks needed cleaning. Tanks were cleaned and tech proved that float switches all worked properly. These folks are honest and professional! Definitely recommend!!
