I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.

Brighteyes Septic is the best! They pumped out our septic last week within the same day of calling. The gentlemen that performed the work were friendly and worked extremely hard. The office personnel were just as friendly and explained to us the charges in advance. We will definitely use them again!

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. They did a clean out of our septic system. They did a great job. We have also bought new septic pumps from them. They have great service!
