Brighteyes Septic did a great job pumping out & cleaning my aerobic septic system. I called for service on a Monday & they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. The technicians kept me informed on what they were doing also. I was very pleased with the service.

My septic pump failed. The Brighteyes technicians came out and replaced the pump and tested the float system to ensure proper operation. Next the pump out team came over and did an exception job cleaning the tanks. They also gave me instructions on how to keep the system running at it's best. I give them a all around A+++ rating. They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

Quick, friendly, competent service. Septic tank pump-out (conventional system) took a turn when it was found that the tank was full of roots, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Great service. Will recommend them and use them again.
