Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Brighteyes Septic did a great job pumping out & cleaning my aerobic septic system. I called for service on a Monday & they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. The technicians kept me informed on what they were doing also. I was very pleased with the service.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.
