Had a new pump installed in Oct. 2020 and it stopped working in Nov. Called Brighteyes and they arrived in 30 minutes on a very wet rainy evening. They pulled the pump to test it, and wha-la, it began working. They checked the entire electrical system and could find no issues. They then decided to replace the pump, even though the other had worked. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. If you haven't used them before, it's time to start.

I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

By far the best customer service I have ever had! When I called Brighteyes they had a tech at my house in an hour. The tech was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful, which is not something you get very often these days. I highly recommend Brighteyes Septic Servic.

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Brighteyes responded quickly and resolved the issue. We so much appreciate that we can depend on them to take care of and fix things the right way without overcharging us. Thank you!!!
