I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

These folks are amazing. Called them. They jumped into action and fixed it . Worked quickly, had the right tools and great workers. Perfect combination to get the job done right.

I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Brighteyes responded quickly and resolved the issue. We so much appreciate that we can depend on them to take care of and fix things the right way without overcharging us. Thank you!!!
