I called late in the day, everyone was getting ready to leave for a holiday weekend. When I explained how full my septic was and spilling out into the yard they came right out. I had everything pumped out and working properly very quickly.

I was completely backed up in my septic tanks when I called for assistance. They were booked for services but they found away to fit me in and was at my house within an hour of my calling. The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P
