I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

Very professional, the gentlemen who came out explain to me exactly what was going on with my system and what they needed to do to clean it out. They allowed me to stay and watch if I wanted to see what they were doing and explained every step of the way. Would definitely use again.

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. I called Brighteyes, and was given a approximate time, for septic clean out, they showed up promptly, charged what they said, I had no complaints. Then need some other repairs, professional work, in a timely manner.

They found a leak in our septic system after doing a routine check. They did the job the same day at a fair price. The owner came out and explained the full system to us. Very nice, and professional. The job got done and no outlandish pricing.

We are very satisfied with the service and their staff. They stay in contact with us. We have never had to call them to have our system inspected. They do 4 inspections a year per county requirements. Very courteous and prompt.
