I called late in the day, everyone was getting ready to leave for a holiday weekend. When I explained how full my septic was and spilling out into the yard they came right out. I had everything pumped out and working properly very quickly.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Had brighteyes septic come out to clean our septic tanks and repair a broken pipe, they came out 30 min after we called and were able to repair everything the next morning. Highly recommend!

I had a severe leak at the at the tank and control system on our aerobic Septic system !After two days of trying to find Someone to repair the system , I called Bright eyes Septic. And described my problem! T h is can be dangerous. Within one hour they had men out and repaired our system. The people were very nice and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone!
